    At Duffields we put a huge amount of work into providing customers with top quality products and first class service.

    By the same token act promptly on any customer complaints we receive.

    As part of this we keep detailed records on any complaints and aim to resolve them to the customers satisfaction.

    From these we can show for instance at our Saxlingham mill 99.53% of tonnes manufactured are to the satisfaction of our customers.

    Only 0.47% of feed sold has been subject to any form of customer complaint.This includes any problems at all including things like dusty feed,palatability,split bags or delivery and service problems.

    The Duffields (south west) team welcomed a large number of customers onto the stand, at this year’s well supported Dairy Event.‎ Customers enjoyed light refreshments and meeting chairman Alistair Duffield.

    Duffields (south west) sponsored the shirts of the Yarcombe Tug o war team. They have enjoyed a busy season pulling most weekends and took part in a competition at Honiton show.
