Sending Text orders to Duffields
As of November 2011, Duffields' customers can now send orders by Text.
Send your text to 81400 and start your message with the word FEED
Following the word FEED, put the details of the order you need, ie products, quantities, bin numbers and delivery date.
The first time you use this service, we'll probably have to ring you back to confirm your account details, but after that we'll remember your mobile phone number, and the system will be automatic.
You'll always get a text back to confirm that we have accepted your order. The first time you order this might take a while, but after that it should be fairly instant.
If for any reason you don't get a text back, please contact us, as we may not have received your order!
You can of course for your convenience send text orders to us 24hrs a day 7 days a week and there is no charge by Duffields for this service.
The order will be processed by us during normal office hours.
